Some applications demand an accurate weight after the bag is sealed without compromising speed. That is why we designed the US-4000 Rotary Check-Weigh Scale. Bagged product is dropped and weighed. If it meets programmed requirements, the bag is released to an exit conveyor or a bin. The scale flips bags that do not meet weight standards in the opposite direction for further inspection.
