4 of 5 Damaged shipment but rectified quickly September 22, 2014

I bought 4 boxes of bubble. One was damaged. Not sure if it was a FedEx issue or a BPS issue. Regardless, I sent photos and they sent me a new box overnight with no out of pocket to me and I had it before I needed it. Would give 5 stars if not for the damaged case.
